If you want cheap, you want cast or drop forged & welded. Milling something like a car rim wastes alarge percentage of raw material.http://search.yahoo.com/search;_ylt=A0ge…

From the sound of this you may not know to much about CNC's. they are very expensive. not just that you wil have to pay the price of Auto Cad , or Solid Edge or some software like Esprite.
Your wasting alot of your stock milling and you need to know that in rodr to use CNC' you ar going to have to learn the code used when making such parts.
but i'll name a brand or two
Hause Engineering
Clausing, makes general stand up manual mills, and sodoseveral other companys. though that whould take much practice
Mazak
Hardinge
Sharp
Okuma
Bridgeport
Look into sef these companies maybe they have websites.
Good Luck And May God Bless you with your independen business
